Job summary

A Advanced Septic and Construction Services is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Auburn, WA. The role focuses on septic system installation, trenching, grading, and equipment maintenance with safety as a core priority.

Ideal candidates hold a CDL A, have 3+ years of excavator experience, and can safely operate multiple heavy machines around utilities. Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A) required or highly preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years operating excavators in mainline digging and heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of excavation techniques, site prep, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators to dig trenches, ditches and foundations for septic systems and fields.
• Perform grading, backfilling, and compaction to specifications.
• Load/unload materials with heavy equipment and follow project plans.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical tasks on equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment per OSHA guidelines.
