A Advanced Septic & Construction Services in Auburn, WA is seeking a Civil Construction Heavy Equipment Operator to join our skilled crew. This full-time position involves operating excavators, backhoes, loaders, and skid steers on septic and utility site projects.

You will perform trenching, pipe installation, and site development tasks, while prioritizing safety and adhering to OSHA guidelines. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
• Must perform physically demanding labor and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to site safety.
• Must have valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, backhoes, front loaders, and skid steers safely and efficiently.
• Excavate for septic systems, utilities, and site development projects.
• Install and lay pipe according to project specifications.
• Perform topman duties, including directing excavation and trench safety.
• Assist with shoveling, grading, backfilling, and site cleanup.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects on schedule.
