Job summary

EnviroTech Septic Solutions is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator with septic system installation expertise to join our team in Rochester, WA. The role is full-time, day shift, and pays $30.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience.

Expect occasional on-call requirements and a focus on safe, efficient excavation work for septic projects. Qualified candidates will have a CDL Class A (preferred), 3+ years of excavator experience, and the ability to perform basic mechanical repairs.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A preferred).
• 3+ years of experience operating excavators in mainline digging.
• Strong understanding of excavation techniques, site prep and safety protocols.
• Experience operating loaders, water trucks, dump trucks, backhoes and tankers.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Must be 23+ years old for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators to dig trenches, ditches and foundations for septic systems.
• Perform grading, backfilling and compaction to required specs.
• Load and unload materials using heavy equipment.
• Follow project plans and supervisor instructions for precise excavation.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic mechanical tasks on equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines.
• Drive company trucks and trailers loaded with equipment.
