A Advanced Septic & Construction Services in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Heavy Equipment Operator. This hands-on role requires operating excavators, backhoes, front loaders, and skid steers while assisting with labor duties on ground-level projects.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work wherever needed to complete quality projects. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in construction.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor outdoors.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must participate in random drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, backhoes, loaders, skid steers) safely.
• Excavate for septic systems, utilities, and site work.
• Install and lay pipe per project specs.
• Direct excavation and maintain trench safety (topman).
• Load/unload materials and clean sites.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with crew to meet project deadlines.
