Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Sales Project Manager – Septic for our Waterworks Division in Eugene, OR. In this role, you will support contractors, installers, engineers, and homeowners by providing product recommendations, quotations, order management, and technical sales support for septic and onsite wastewater systems.

You will serve as a key point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate system solutions, timely project execution, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction industry products and knowledge of waterworks equipment.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction or related fields preferred.
• 2+ years Waterworks experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing a plus.
• Familiarity with digital takeoff and estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bid Tracer preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, on time and within budget.
• Recommend products and services that fit clients' business needs.
• Execute project per the organization's PM methodology and plan.
• Establish and maintain sales relationships with major accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
• Supervise progress against the project plan and resolve delays.
• Determine project scope with partners and clients; perform calculations.
• Lead project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Allocate resources to meet targets and assist PMs to ensure plans are followed.
