Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior, part of the LVMH Group, is seeking an Assistant Planner to optimize inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure smooth product flow across the beauty supply chain. You will collaborate with merchandising, sales, and logistics to support strong in-store execution and maximize retail performance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and timely communication of stock priorities for launches and promotions in North America.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-stock positions for core and new products at SKU/store level to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Analyze launch performance and seasonality, adjusting forecasts and inventory as needed.
• Generate weekly vendor/brand fill rate and lead time accuracy reports.
• Prepare analyses of location performance, best sellers/slow movers, and sell-through rates.
• Coordinate with planning teams to refine forecasts based on launches and events.
• Maintain PO tracking logs and ensure timely deliveries, pricing accuracy, and replenishment readiness.
• Set up new SKUs in planning systems for accurate purchasing and replenishment.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems to support reporting and forecasting.
