Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain processing parameters to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and document processes including quality checks and implement changes as needed.
• Perform CIP and manual cleaning on related equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and Master Sanitation schedule tasks.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Follow DFA GMPs and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Operate the separator process in an efficient manner to maximize production while maintaining product quality and safety.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the defined processing parameters to achieve optimum efficiencies while minimizing downtime
• Monitor and document processes to include quality checks, while administering changes when needed
• Perform CIP as needed on all related equipment. Perform manual cleaning as necessary
• Perform general housekeeping and Master Sanitation schedule task as necessary
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
