Razorfish is seeking a senior SEO leader to define and drive the SEO vision for a portfolio of brands in a fast-paced agency environment. You will own strategic direction, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and translate competitive insights into action to deliver measurable business results.

You will lead executive-level reporting, manage client relationships, and guide a growing SEO team toward high-impact outcomes across media, content, UX, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct, work-related experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Ability to lead multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and current SEO best practices.
• Experience integrating SEO with media, content, UX, analytics, and technology channels.

Responsibilities

• Set the SEO vision and lead complex client relationships across a client or portfolio of brands, ensuring best-in-class strategy, execution, innovation, and team growth.
• Owns the strategic direction of SEO programs and partners with cross-functional leaders to develop integrated plans, performance narratives, and growth recommendations.
• Evaluates the competitive landscape, identifies emerging search trends, and translates insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business impact.
• Leads executive-level reporting, client presentations, and strategic storytelling with a focus on business outcomes, performance trends, and future opportunities.
• Develops, mentors, and leads SEO team members across levels, supporting performance management, workload delegation, capability growth, and career development.
• Serves as a senior SEO leader in internal and external discussions, building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and agency leadership.
