- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Keyword Planner
- Manage Google Ads search campaigns, including campaign structure, bidding, budgets, ad copy, negative keywords, and landing-page alignment
- Analyze performance in GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and CRM reporting to identify opportunities across rankings, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and pipeline
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create briefs, optimize existing pages, and prioritize content based on search intent and business value
- Run SEO and SEM experiments, including landing-page tests, ad-message tests, and bid or audience adjustments, and document measurable results
- Build recurring dashboards and performance reports that translate search data into clear recommendations for marketing and leadership

- Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to turn performance data into clear priorities and actionable briefs
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with Bing Ads, Looker Studio, HubSpot or Salesforce reporting, SQL, JavaScript-based SEO diagnostics, or international and multilingual SEO
