Evlo AI is seeking a demand-gen leader to own organic and paid search performance, driving qualified traffic and pipeline through SEO, SEM, and technical optimization across the company’s web properties.

This high-impact role sits on the demand generation team, where search is a primary acquisition channel and directly shapes how much pipeline the business generates.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience, ideally in B2B or B2C tech.
  • Deep proficiency with SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO: HTML, schema markup, site speed, and crawl diagnostics.
  • Experience managing six-figure paid search budgets with clear ROI accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and presenting performance to leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Own the SEO roadmap: run technical audits, fix crawl/indexation issues, and improve site architecture with engineering
  • Manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, and budget pacing
  • Conduct keyword research and build content briefs that map search intent to the content team's production calendar
  • Execute on-page optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, structured data, and Core Web Vitals improvements
  • Build and maintain reporting in GA4, Looker Studio, and Search Console; track rankings, CTR, CPL, and organic-to-pipeline conversion
  • Run A/B tests on paid ad copy and landing pages to lower CPC and improve Quality Score
  • Monitor competitors' search strategies and adjust tactics to capture share of voice
