Evlo AI in Miami, FL is seeking a hands-on SEO/SEM professional to own organic and paid search performance end-to-end, collaborating with content, product marketing, and web engineering to drive qualified traffic and revenue.

You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, landing-page optimization, and six-figure media budgets, using GA4 and Looker Studio to report impact, while partnering with agencies and vendors to stay ahead of AI-driven search changes.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of hands‑on SEO and SEM experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Deep proficiency with Google Ads, Search Console, GA4, and at least one major SEO platform (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz).
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO concepts: canonicalization, structured data, JavaScript rendering, and site speed optimization.
  • Experience managing six‑figure paid media budgets with demonstrated efficiency improvements (CPA/CPC/ROAS).
  • Comfortable with SQL, Excel/Sheets modeling, or basic scripting for analysis at scale.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM visibility optimization, programmatic SEO, HTML/CSS fundamentals, or HubSpot/Marketo integration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical SEO roadmap: site architecture, crawl health, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation in partnership with engineering
  • Build and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy testing, and budget allocation
  • Conduct keyword and competitive research using Ahrefs, Semrush, and GSC to identify ranking and content opportunities
  • Optimize landing pages and run structured A/B tests to improve organic conversion rates and paid Quality Scores
  • Instrument and report on search performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution tooling; present monthly performance to leadership
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to brief, optimize, and refresh pages targeting high-intent keywords
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, and stay ahead of algorithm updates and AI-driven search changes (SGE/AI Overviews)

About The Role

The role owns organic and paid search performance end-to-end: technical SEO, content optimization, and SEM programs that drive qualified traffic and pipeline for a fast-growing technology company.

You will work closely with content, product marketing, and web engineering to improve rankings, lower acquisition costs, and report measurable impact on revenue — not vanity metrics.
