Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking an experienced SEO/SEM Lead to own organic and paid search performance for a growing tech portfolio in Seattle. You will drive qualified traffic, reduce CAC, and convert search into a measurable pipeline and revenue channel.

You will operate at the intersection of technical SEO, paid media, and analytics, running experiments across Google Ads, Bing, and on-site efforts, and reporting CAC, ROAS, and organic contribution directly to marketing leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of hands-on SEO/SEM experience in B2B or B2C tech or ecommerce environments.
  • Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, GTM, and Search Console.
  • Experience with technical SEO: crawl analysis, schema markup, site architecture, and page speed optimization.
  • Proficiency with SEO tooling such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports and budgeting from data.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the SEO roadmap: technical audits, on-page optimization, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals improvements in partnership with engineering.
  • Build and manage paid search programs across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including keyword strategy, bidding, and budget pacing.
  • Conduct keyword and competitive research using Ahrefs, Semrush, and Search Console to identify ranking and content opportunities.
  • Optimize landing pages and run structured A/B tests on ad copy and page layouts to improve Quality Score and conversions.
  • Track and report on KPIs — rankings, traffic, CPL, ROAS, organic conversions — using GA4, Looker Studio, and tag management systems.
  • Partner with content and product marketing to align search demand with editorial calendar and campaign launches.
  • Manage agencies and vendor relationships; present performance reviews and forecasts to marketing leadership.

About The Role

The role owns organic and paid search performance for a growing B2B/B2C tech portfolio: driving qualified traffic, lowering acquisition costs, and turning search into a measurable pipeline and revenue channel.

You will work at the intersection of technical SEO, paid media, and analytics — running experiments across Google Ads, Bing, and the site itself, and reporting directly on CAC, ROAS, and organic contribution to growth.

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For
