Qualifications

• Proven track record of personally building and executing B2B search or growth campaigns with measurable commercial results.
• Strong hands-on experience across SEO and SEM, including personally executing and optimizing Google Ads and organic search programs.
• Experience connecting search and acquisition activity to downstream sales outcomes through analytics, CRM, and attribution.
• Experience generating B2B demand in businesses with longer, higher-value sales cycles.
• Experience in cloud, technology consulting, IT services, professional services, enterprise software, or closely related B2B tech environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated search growth strategy across SEO, SEM, and AI-driven search.
• Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns, particularly Google Ads, with a focus on qualified leads and revenue.
• Identify high-intent search opportunities relevant to cloud, AI, data, FinOps, and technology buyers.
• Own keyword research, search intent analysis, competitive research, and content/search opportunity identification.
• Execute on-page SEO and address technical SEO issues affecting organic performance.
• Optimize content, landing pages, and conversion paths to turn search demand into opportunities.
• Identify and test opportunities to improve visibility across generative and AI search experiences.
• Run experiments across messaging, keywords, landing pages, campaigns, and acquisition channels.
