Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an experienced SEO Marketing Manager for a fully on-site contract in Plano, TX. You will lead day-to-day SEO/GEO initiatives for Home Entertainment categories, coordinate with Global Headquarters, and manage agency outputs.

Requirements include 8–10 years in eCommerce or digital marketing and hands-on SEO tool experience (SEMrush, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics). The role demands strong planning, project management, and the ability to translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• Experience using SEO tools to analyze results (SEMrush, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics).
• 8-10 years experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Strong skills in strategy, planning, marketing and project management.
• Keep abreast of best practices and new tools to ensure productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day SEO/GEO communications roadmap and execution across all Home Entertainment categories.
• Keyword research and managing a pillar cluster strategy.
• Create and review blog article briefs and content to ensure optimum SEO optimization.
• Writing SEO-optimized metadata and QAing metadata provided by agencies.
• Submitting and managing Jira tickets to completion.
• Coordinate inputs from Global Headquarters and prioritize within HE's existing roadmap.
• QA and provide clear feedback on content and technical optimizations to drive effective improvements in ranking.
• Provide analysis on effectiveness of tactics and activations.
• Experience documenting initiative requirements and clearly communicate stakeholder feedback to agency partners.
• Share key activity updates and explore new ideas to find process efficiencies and offer forward-thinking solutions.
• Understand competitive environment; proactively seek market knowledge through exposure to competitive retail landscape.
• Ensure all aspects of SEO have KPIs to benchmark performance and lead analysis on effectiveness of tactics and activations.
• Understand key product reason to buy and features between models.
• Manage agency outputs for SEO/GEO including ensuring content aligns to brief, is measurable and actioned in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Experience using SEO systems to analyze results: SEM rush, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics
• Fundamental understanding of SEO functionality to drive optimal results
• Must have strong skills in strategy, planning, marketing and project management
• Keep abreast of best practices and new tools to ensure maximum productivity

• Knowledge of SEO and GEO principals and best practices as well as basic understanding of SEMrush, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, JIRA/Confluence and other SEO management systems
• High proficiency of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required with an emphasis on quantitative analysis (Excel) and the creation of presentations (PowerPoint)
