Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Manager, Multifamily to own search for a book of multifamily clients, including technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking narratives. You will act as the strategic voice in client conversations and make key calls.

You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, and on-page optimization with writers and AI to produce drafts, while ensuring visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity alongside classic results. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed personally.
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
SEO for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own technical SEO including crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
Lead keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI-produced drafts.
Help clients appear in AI search results and traditional organic results.
Manage local search and multi-location SEO where needed.
Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly client roadmaps.
