Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Manager, Multifamily to own search for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You set the technical roadmap, define content priorities, and lead the ranking narrative when clients ask what moved.

You will drive technical SEO, keyword strategy and content priorities with writers and AI, optimize for AI search and traditional results, handle local/multi-location SEO, and provide reporting in GA4 and Search Console for quarterly client

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in SEO; you have run audits and fixes yourself.
Agency experience across several clients at once.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
SEO for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI.
Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
