Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Manager, Multifamily to own search for a portfolio of multifamily clients, guiding the technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking narratives. You will act as the strategic voice in client discussions, making the calls.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content prioritization with writers and AI, while improving visibility in Google AI Overviews and traditional search results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes
• Fluent in English for live client calls
• Agency experience across multiple clients

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO roadmap for multifamily clients
• Develop keyword strategy and content priorities with writers
• Optimize client visibility in AI and traditional search results
• Lead local search and multi-location SEO efforts
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps
