Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Strategist, Multifamily you own search for a book of multifamily clients: the technical roadmap, content priorities and ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI to produce drafts. Reporting in GA4 and Search Console informs quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Getting clients found in AI search, including Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT/Perplexity.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where needed.
• GA4 and Search Console reporting; quarterly client roadmaps.
