Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Strategist, Multifamily to own search for a book of multifamily clients. You will set the technical roadmap, content priorities, and define the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

As the strategic voice, you will steer technical SEO, keyword strategy, local SEO, and reporting across GA4 and Search Console, collaborating with writers and AI to produce drafts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO and independent audits.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs/Semrush.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage local and multi-location SEO delivery and reporting.
• Provide quarterly roadmaps and client reporting in GA4/Search Console.
