KickCharge Creative seeks an experienced SEO Lead to drive strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll mentor the SEO team and collaborate with Paid Ads, Web, and Operations to align efforts and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the SEO team, ensuring consistent performance, quality, and execution across all accounts.
Develop, refine, and standardize SEO strategies, processes, and best practices.
Oversee account performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Provide strategic direction for high-priority and complex SEO initiatives.
Mentor, train, and support SEO team members across all experience levels.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain quality and performance standards.
Collaborate with Paid Ads, Web, and Operations teams to align strategies and execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, scalability, and efficiency.
Stay current on algorithm updates, industry trends, and changes in search behavior.
