Job summary

MyOutDesk is seeking an SEO leader to own organic growth end-to-end—from analysis and strategy to publishing and optimization. You’ll diagnose ranking issues, implement fixes, write guide and comparison content, and measure impact with data.

You’ll collaborate with the GTM team and work closely with the VP of Marketing, coordinating with designers and developers. This is a hands-on role that uses AI tools to accelerate research and content creation while maintaining a clear, voice-led strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, end-to-end ownership
• Proven writing ability with ranked content
• Strong data analysis and reporting
• Experience with CMS publishing and optimization

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO strategy and rankings, traffic, and leads.
• Diagnose issues, implement technical fixes, and publish optimized content.
• Lead content planning, long-form posts, and AEO to earn citations.
• Coordinate with GTM, design, and development teams to ship pages.
• Leverage AI tools to speed research and content creation while preserving voice.
