Job summary

The Otte Polo Group is seeking a high-performance SEO Lead to own the organic growth across all brands, including Geeks on Site. You will build, execute, measure, and scale SEO as a revenue channel while personally leading a small team and staying hands-on when needed.

You have 3+ years of growth-focused SEO, a proven ROI track record, strong WordPress expertise, and deep technical SEO knowledge. You’ll align SEO with conversions and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years executing SEO in a growth-focused environment.
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic with measurable ROI.
• Strong WordPress experience (page builders, plugins, technical structure).
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword intent, link-building, and conversion alignment.
• Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members.
• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush).

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth roadmap across all brands.
• Lead and mentor SEO specialists, content writers, and technical support.
• Identify gaps in performance and build corrective action plans.
• Set KPIs tied to traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize WordPress pages.
• Improve internal linking architecture and schema markup.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and revenue impact; report ROI.
