Job summary

We Love X GmbH in Berlin is seeking an SEO Lead to own and scale our affiliate portfolio, collaborating with the world’s biggest publishers to drive revenue.

You will steer long-term SEO strategy across multiple verticals, launch new affiliate sites end-to-end, and lead a small team of SEO Content Managers.

Based in Berlin or remote, you’ll report to the Head of Product and partner with publishers, vertical managers, and content teams to turn opportunities into measurable business results.

Qualifications

• On-page and off-page SEO experience at scale.
• Experience leading a team and maintaining high standards.
• German (C2) and English (C1+); capable of stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue expansion of existing affiliate sites.
• Launch new affiliate sites end to end.
• Drive on-page and off-page performance.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities.
• Manage and develop a team of SEO Content Managers.
