Job summary

We Love X seeks an SEO Lead to own and scale its affiliate portfolio, driving revenue with publishers and across multiple markets. You will lead a small team of SEO Content Managers, define long-term SEO strategies, and own backlink campaigns across several sites.

Based in Berlin or remote, you’ll collaborate with vertical managers and content teams to turn SEO opportunities into measurable business results and report to the Head of Product.

Qualifications

• Substantial on-page and off-page SEO experience with proven growth.
• Experience leading a small SEO team and developing talent.
• Fluency in English; German proficiency (C2) preferred.
• Comfortable working with international publishers and multiple markets.
• Strong analytical, structured decision-making under pressure.
• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a remote-first, fast-paced startup.
