Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing or administrative experience
• Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, YouTube, and social posting tools
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, and basic video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and copywriting ability
• Comfortable working with cameras and recording equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the firm’s Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB), including updates, posts, and accurate business info.
• Schedule and publish regular GBP posts to boost local SEO visibility.
• Monitor, report, and dispute negative or fake Google reviews promptly.
• Assist in writing scripts, scheduling, and coordinating video shoots for YouTube and social channels.
• Capture and edit professional headshots and team photos using Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, social media, and website embedding.
• Support video uploads, tagging, and optimization on YouTube (titles, thumbnails, SEO keywords).
• Track and report on local search visibility and engagement metrics.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative and scheduling tasks within the marketing department.
