Job summary

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, a Texas-based law firm, seeks a Marketing Manager to own performance across paid search, SEO, social, and web channels. You will manage a team and agency partners, using HubSpot as the source of truth for lead-to-case attribution and collaborating with Intake to convert every lead into a case.

You will be responsible for budget management, market expansion plans, and reporting; ensure compliance with Texas advertising rules while driving growth in multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in performance/digital marketing with 2+ years managing people or agency relationships.
• Direct ownership of a paid media budget of $50K+/month with revenue impact.
• Hands-on proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and HubSpot.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, local search, email/SMS marketing, call tracking, and A/B testing.
• Strong copywriting for web, ads, and email.
• Experience presenting reports in Excel/Sheets or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly marketing budget across PPC, paid social, SEO, and web; reallocate spend by channel and office.
• Manage agency/vendor partners with targets and performance reviews.
• Lead market entry plans including market sizing, keyword analysis, budget, and launch timelines.
• MaintainHubSpot attribution from first touch to revenue and deliver leadership dashboards.
• Collaborate with Intake to ensure leads are worked and converted; optimize intake processes.
• Improve conversions through A/B testing of offers, forms, and page copy.
