Job summary

Previsible is seeking an SEO Manager with a product-led mindset to design scalable acquisition and discovery loops across search engines and AI-driven surfaces. You will blend strategy, experimentation, and rigorous analysis to turn ambiguity into testable hypotheses and measurable business lift.

You will connect visibility to outcomes through data-driven planning, working with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content to deliver high-impact improvements and governance.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in SEO/organic growth roles with impact on acquisition, activation, and/or revenue.
• Experience building an organic growth strategy that translates to pipeline or revenue.
• Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Content.
• Structured experimentation programs and turning learnings into repeatable systems.
• Ability to build a credible roadmap using impact/effort tradeoffs and sizing.
• Knowledge of content strategies for traditional search and LLM visibility.
• Experience with enterprise product and engineering teams.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, tagging and instrumentation.
• SQL (or equivalent) for data extraction and analysis.
• Technical SEO: crawl/indexation, architecture, internal linking, and structured data.

Responsibilities

• Lead organic growth strategy across SEO/GEO/AEO aligned to business goals and outcomes.
• Build and maintain an opportunity and prioritization framework based on demand and impact.
• Establish measurement, reporting, and analytical frameworks linking visibility to behavior and revenue.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content to deliver high-leverage improvements.
• Strengthen AI-driven discovery through entity clarity and structured data signals.
• Communicate insights with executive-ready clarity and governance across teams.
• Identify scalable programmatic SEO initiatives for enterprise websites.
