Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic SEO and GEO Manager to join our Global Media Team. You will drive high-quality organic traffic, maximize visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, and grow revenue through strategic affiliate partnerships.

This role requires strong technical SEO expertise, collaboration across Brand, Content, Digital Product, Engineering, Media, and Field Marketing, and a data-driven approach to discovery and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex concepts.
• Proven track record of driving growth through SEO strategy and execution.
• Strong technical, local, and content-focused SEO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise SEO and GEO strategies to drive organic visibility and direct bookings.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital Product, Engineering, Media, and regional teams to integrate SEO into campaigns and launches.
• Conduct technical audits covering site architecture, crawlability, indexation, speed, and structured data.
• Identify visibility gaps and content priorities across AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Develop content strategies based on keyword research and traveler intent.
• Guide optimization across metadata, headings, internal linking, taxonomy, and content formats.
• Assist in managing the affiliate marketing program to drive incremental revenue.
• Leverage analytics and tools to measure performance and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships and ensure accountability.
• Stay ahead of SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery trends.
