Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic SEO and GEO Manager to join our Global Media Team. You will drive high‑quality organic traffic, maximize visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, and grow revenue through strategic affiliate partnerships.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to build a cohesive, data‑driven discovery strategy and support hotel launches, travel moments, and product experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of SEO/digital marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution.
• Strong technical, local, and content-focused SEO knowledge.
• Innovative, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise SEO tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise SEO and GEO strategies to boost organic visibility, qualified traffic, and direct bookings.
• Improve Hyatt's visibility across AI-powered search experiences and related platforms.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital Product, Engineering, Media, and regional teams to integrate SEO best practices.
• Conduct technical audits and coordinate with Engineering to fix issues and QA site releases.
• Identify visibility gaps and content priorities across AI discovery platforms.
• Lead affiliate marketing program management and measure impact with analytics.
