Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an SEO & Content Optimization Project Manager in Boise, ID to own the content production workflow, ensure content is properly keyworded, structured, and AI-friendly, and collaborate with teams to drive on-page optimization. You will conduct keyword research, outline SEO-driven content, coordinate with writers and AI tools, and track performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing.
Familiarity with SEMrush or similar tools.
Ability to translate keyword research into actionable outlines.
Knowledge of GEO concepts and AI search optimization.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research for blog and glossary topics using SEO tools and align findings to search intent.
Create SEO-driven content outlines for blog articles and product pages, including structure, headings, intent, and target keywords for business units.
Coordinate with writers, agencies, internal teams, and AI tools to move content through production stages from intake to publication.
Manage the content workflow end-to-end (backlog, in-progress review, and published status) while maintaining clear pipeline visibility for stakeholders.
Track and report basic content performance, clearly communicating what was executed successfully and what needs improvement.
