Job summary

ASU EdPlus seeks a curious, detail-driven Search and Content Analyst to support our Strategic Communications and Content Operations team in Scottsdale. You will conduct keyword research, audit pages, and shape SEO-informed briefs to optimize ASU Online and other products.

You’ll analyze performance data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Semrush, build dashboards, and report insights to stakeholders while maintaining ASU brand standards in a hybrid, in-person role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, search or content strategy.
• Experience developing SEO-informed content briefs or translating search insights into content strategy.
• Experience building dashboards or recurring performance reports (Looker Studio or similar).
• Experience with SEO platforms and AI-assisted methods for search analysis and content optimization.
• Proven experience driving positive results in the SEO field.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Strong written communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Interpret search data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Conduct keyword research to support programs and campaigns.
• Audit webpages for on-page SEO improvements, including metadata, headings, internal linking and content alignment; conduct sitewide and section-level SEO audits.
• Prepare SEO-informed content briefs.
• Monitor rankings, query trends and performance patterns; identify opportunities and issues.
• Review competitor and peer institution search performance for benchmarking.
• Analyze performance data from GSC, GA and Semrush across priority pages.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Track and evaluate impact of optimizations and report outcomes.
• Maintain ASU brand standards across search-facing content.
• Coordinate other duties or projects as assigned.
