Job summary

Manhattan Associates seeks an experienced SEO & AI Search Manager to lead our global SEO strategy and AI-powered discovery initiatives. You will drive keyword strategies, monitor performance, and optimize content across product pages, blogs, and landing pages for both traditional and LLM-driven search experiences.

The role demands hands-on experience with LLMs, strong CMS familiarity, and excellent communication to lead cross-functional marketing efforts.

Qualifications

5+ years of SEO experience with technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and their use in search and content workflows.
Experience with multiple CMS platforms to edit and maintain SEO content.
Strong communication to produce SEO-rich content across formats.
Analytical skills using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4.

Responsibilities

Plan and develop a global SEO strategy covering Manhattan’s key markets.
Develop a keyword strategy; monitor keywords for position and volume, prompts and mentions; analyze search behavior.
Optimize website and campaign content for organic and LLM search results.
Lead SEO strategies that blend traditional SEO with LLM-driven search experiences.
Improve discoverability of content in LLM-powered environments and stay ahead of AI trends.
Manage SEO tools and platforms; evaluate emerging AI-based SEO technologies.
Report monthly and ad hoc on search performance for organic and AI search.
