Job summary

iubenda is looking for an SEO & AI Search Specialist to own organic growth across our global product family (iubenda, Consentmanager, Complianz, Cookiefirst). You will shape visibility across traditional search, AI answers, and emerging discovery platforms.

You will blend strong SEO execution with GEO/AEO strategies, build scalable templates, and drive measurable results for founders, marketers, developers, and enterprises worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SEO experience, including technical SEO.
• Hands-on GEO/AEO experience with AI systems (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Solid foundations in on-page and off-page SEO.
• Ability to structure content for LLM visibility and trust signals (schema, structured data).
• Experience with SEO/GEO tooling such as Semrush and Screaming Frog.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute traditional SEO strategies to grow rankings and traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Detect and fix cross-brand keyword cannibalization; own governance.
• Perform technical SEO audits and lead implementations (site speed, mobile).
• Build scalable link-building and digital PR strategies.
• Monitor algorithm changes and adjust strategies proactively.
• Develop GEO/AEO strategies for AI-generated visibility.
• Maintain prompt sets for category questions and buyer-intent prompts.
• Implement schema markup and structured data for AI readability.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize content for AI visibility.
• Track KPIs across GA4, GSC, Semrush, Looker Studio; turn data into actions.
• Collaborate with developers on technical SEO and GEO improvements.
