Job summary

Reducto is seeking an experienced SEO & GEO Lead in San Francisco to own organic growth across SEO, AEO/GEO, and AI-driven discovery. You will implement a technical foundation, create content, and establish measurement systems to make Reducto the authoritative source for document intelligence.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Product, and Engineering, shipping technical improvements and high-quality content while staying ahead of AI and search changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in SEO, organic growth, or related field with measurable results.
• Deep technical SEO fluency and ability to implement changes in CMS or codebase.
• Understanding of content strategy, IA, and editorial quality for rankings and AI citations.
• Experience with AEO/GEO experiments and how AI assistants retrieve and surface content.
• Ability to define metrics, build dashboards, and prioritize work using data.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO/GEO, and AI-driven discovery.
• Improve visibility across search engines and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Lead technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, redirects, site architecture.
• Work in marketing site codebase and CMS to implement improvements and ship changes.
• Research, write, edit, and optimize technical content addressing developer and buyer questions.
• Strengthen authority through entity consistency, structured references, and third-party coverage.
• Define and own measurement across rankings, organic traffic, and AI citations.
• Build dashboards to monitor ranking changes, indexing issues, and crawl anomalies.
