Pennylane is hiring an SEO & AI Content Specialist to collaborate with the Growth team in Paris or remotely within France. You will build AI-powered content workflows, draft and optimize articles, and drive non-branded organic traffic and conversions—while aligning with broad acquisition priorities.

You will develop the GEO approach, test AI-driven discovery formats, and measure outcomes with a data-informed mindset in a fast-paced, remote-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• You have hands-on SEO experience and can share published content.
• You are fluent in French with strong writing/editing skills and proficient English.
• You enjoy turning ideas into structured, high-quality content and use data to inform decisions.
• You already use AI tools in your workflow and want to deepen the practice.
• You maintain clarity and editorial quality in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered content workflows and repeatable briefs with quality checks.
• Produce and optimize SEO content (articles, pillar pages, landing pages).
• Develop a GEO approach and adapt content for AI discovery journeys.
• Monitor SEO signals and translate data into actionable recommendations.
