Optimize My Firm specializes in expert digital marketing services for law firms. We take a collaborative approach to developing and executing our strategies so that our clients get the best results possible.
We’re looking for a proactive, exceptionally organized Account Manager to be the bridge between our team and our clients. This person will support clients, ensuring that we understand our clients’ needs and they are up to speed on our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Support the onboarding process by sending intake checklists and gathering required materials (logins, billing info, etc.).
- Schedule, prepare, and lead client meetings; record notes and send timely follow-ups.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure clients receive what they’ve been promised.
- Create and present monthly deliverables reports.
- Conduct regular check-in calls to discuss performance, goals, and focus areas.
- Document all client interactions, feedback, and requests in internal systems.
- Escalate any client concerns to the appropriate internal team members.
- Send out a monthly client-facing newsletter with updates within OMF and the SEO industry that could positively or negatively impact them.
Internal Communication & Strategy
- Relay client goals and feedback to the internal team to adjust strategy as needed.
- Track all active tasks and projects for each client to ensure accountability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Dedicated home office space with high speed Internet
- Incredibly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational habits.
- Strong follow-through and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Confident with phone and Zoom communication—this role is client-facing and NOT just email-based.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, task trackers, and Google Workspace.
- Self-starter who can build and own their workflow independently.
- Comfortable identifying and selling additional services where appropriate.
- Previous project management or account management experience
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the legal industry.
- Understanding of personal injury law firm operations.
- Ability to attend trade shows to connect with potential clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
