THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE

You are a results-driven, collaborative team player skilled in digital media account management. You can manage multiple client accounts, collaborate internally to deliver excellence, and grow client relationships. Your passion for media strategy and tactical campaign execution will help delight clients and achieve financial growth goals alongside the UB Media sales team.

As an Account Manager at UB Media, you will support client campaigns from concept to reporting, ensuring effective project management and campaign success. You will also identify process efficiencies and support broader account efforts like planning and business reviews, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

This role offers a unique entrepreneurial environment supported by industry-leading resources and vendor relationships.

YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY:

  • Understanding the Retail Media landscape, CPG needs, and consumer sentiment shifts.
  • Managing relationships with top-tier UB Media partners and leading campaign strategies based on performance data.
  • Presenting UB Media’s value proposition compellingly and professionally.
  • Managing campaigns from client brief to reporting with strong project management skills.
  • Supporting larger client efforts, including planning and business reviews, and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborating with agency and internal partners to improve processes and drive efficiency.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Passion for building a career in the fast-growing Retail Media sector.
  • At least 4 years of digital media experience, including 2 years in account management and retail media.
  • Experience in campaign planning across multiple channels and familiarity with MarTech/AdTech platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Responsibility, motivation, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfort with media performance reporting and strategic recommendations based on results.
