Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Safety Engineer to support the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah or Huntsville, Alabama. The role focuses on systems safety analyses, requirements allocation, and ensuring flight-worthiness of complex systems.

The candidate will collaborate across engineering teams, develop and review design artifacts, and support safety analyses for weapon system design. A US citizenship with a Secret clearance is required, with relocation assistance possible.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2 years of experience; Master's degree substitutes 0 years of experience.
• 2 years' experience with C/C++, Java, OO design or similar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program IPT to develop system artifacts.
• Develop and mature architecture content for large programs.
• Ensure requirements are properly represented in the model.
• Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
• Develop model techniques, procedures, and processes for integration.
