Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Manager for the C3S Portfolio, focusing on Sentinel-NASAMS programs. You will manage the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance, coordinating proposals, business plans and budgets with stakeholders to meet targets.

The role requires a university degree with extensive PM experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. It is an onsite position in Fullerton, CA with domestic/international travel.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Prior program/project management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Sentinel-NASAMS program cost, schedule and technical execution.
• Manage risk and opportunities to protect project value and profitability.
• Own profit/Loss, AOP, and key financial reviews for the program.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow revenue over a 5-year plan.
• Steer RTX Lifecycle Program Management pursuit-to-start activities.
• Lead a matrixed, geographically distributed team across locations.
• Interface with internal partners across Raytheon businesses.
• Communicate program status and decisions to stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~10% as required.
