Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the C3S Portfolio to oversee Foreign Military Sale programs. The PM manages the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance, interfacing with stakeholders to translate specifications into successful proposals, budgets, and execution.

You will lead a dispersed team across domestic and international locations, drive cost-focused targets, and collaborate with internal Raytheon partners. Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 10 years prior relevant experience
• An Advanced degree in a related field with minimum 5 years of experience
• Prior Program/Project Management experience
• Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience
• Prior Proposal Management experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive performance
• Manage risk and opportunity (R&O) to minimize risk to the organization
• Hold accountability for profit and loss, AOP and financial metric reviews
• Develop, identify, and assess new business opportunities and grow revenue over 5 years
• Lead proposal activities through RLPM Pursuit-to-Start-Up phase
• Lead a matrixed and geographically dispersed team across locations
• Regularly interface with internal partners across Raytheon
• Travel domestically and internationally ~10% of the time
