Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Manager for the C3S Portfolio, focusing on Sentinel-NASAMS programs. You will manage the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance, coordinating proposals, business plans and budgets with stakeholders to meet targets.

The role requires a university degree with extensive PM experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. It is an onsite position in Fullerton, CA with domestic/international travel.

Program Manager for the C3S Portfolio

Raytheon is seeking a Program Manager for the C3S Portfolio with a focus on managing Sentinel-NASAMS programs. The PM is responsible for managing the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance. This role interfaces with stakeholders for project specifications to ensure successful completion. The position also coordinates the proposals, business plans, and budgets for programs. In addition, the PM establishes cost-focused performance targets and directs work to achieve these targets.

What You Will Do

• Lead all aspects of Sentinel-NASAMS production program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable performance
• Perform risk and opportunity (R&O) management, to include program revenue and profit recognition, to minimize risk to the organization
• Hold accountability for profit and loss, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial metric reviews
• Develop, identify, and assess new business opportunities, and assign new business resources to grow annual revenue and growth objectives over the 5-year plan
• Lead proposal activities through the RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) Pursuit-to-Start-Up phase
• Lead a matrixed and geographically dispersed team across domestic and international locations
• Regularly interface with internal partners across the Raytheon business
• Expect to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time

Qualifications You Must Have

Qualifications We Prefer

• Extensive Defense Industry program management experience spanning product lifecycle, sustainment, international programs, procurement processes, and IOT support environments. Advanced proficiency in program/financial planning and execution, including EACs, EVMS, R&O management, IMP/IMS, key business metrics, and RTX/Raytheon program management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capability with proven process improvement results and excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration across complex organizations, and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments while driving resolution and capturing new business opportunities.
• Technical and domain familiarity including radar systems (Sentinel, Patriot, KuRFS), SMGBAD systems (NASAMS), plus existing US Secret clearance.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
