Job summary

RTX is seeking a Chief Product Owner for the Sentinel product line. You will execute program increments, drive agile maturity, and deliver value across a $300M scope spanning multiple programs within USG and NASAMS portfolios. You’ll lead PI Planning, coordinate with engineers and partners, and drive roadmap execution with CE and LSEs.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and a track record of delivering complex defense programs with strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience in Agile organizations using Lean, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years in Agile leadership roles (Product Owner/PM/SM etc.).
• Proven ability to build and align product roadmaps across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with Agile management tools (Jira, Rally, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Execute Program Increment aligning roadmap, backlog, and team delivery.
• Lead Scrum of Scrums to surface blockers and coordinate dependencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, remove impediments, align engineering disciplines.
• Drive product roadmap and schedule long-term features with CE and LSEs.
• Lead PI Planning and gather retrospective feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide Agile metrics and delivery status to PMs and leadership.
• Foster collaboration and Agile execution across the product line.
