Qualifications

• Educational background in psychology, human factors, user experience, or related field with degree requirements.
• Experience applying HFE principles to projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP approval and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Author/support development of requirements aligned with MIL-STD-1472G and HFE best practices.
• Perform Human Factors analyses including workload and design-for-maintainability studies.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications through analyses.
• Conduct computer-based NX and empirical accessibility assessments.
• Document HFE processes and products per Military Data Item Descriptions.
• Collaborate across IPTs and with customers and users.
• Design workstation geometry and layouts for anthropometric range.
