Job summary

Essex Cares Ltd is recruiting a Sensory Support Worker to join our Sensory Services team in the Colchester/Braintree area. The role focuses on helping adults with sensory impairments live independently and navigate daily life with confidence, through person-centred support and community involvement.

The position is part-time with shifts Mon, Thu and Fri, offering flexible hours and a permanent contract, with a central office in Chelmsford and field-based work across Colchester and Braintree.

Sensory Support Worker - Colchester/Braintree

Salary: £12.90 per hour plus 55p per mile

Hours: Part-time (upto 20 hour per week) - available at least 3-4 hours per shift

Shifts: Various hours, Monday, Thursday & Friday

Contract: Permanent

Location: Braintree/Colchester Areas. Central office in Chelmsford.
