Job summary

Boston Beer Company is seeking a motivated Co-op for the Sensory Production team at the Milton Brewery. You will support sensory evaluation programs to ensure product quality and consistency across our portfolio.

This 6-month program runs January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027, with on-site work five days per week. You will gain hands-on experience in sensory science, data analysis, and quality assurance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in school during the co-op period.
• Strong scientific foundation with interest in sensory science, QA, or brewery operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead sensory panel activities: collection, testing creation, panel execution, data analysis.
• Maintain sensory laboratory organization and equipment readiness; manage inventory and calibrations.
• Analyze data, identify trends, support dashboard development and reporting.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Brewing, Packaging, Innovation, and Operations teams.
