Job summary

duotec GmbH is looking for a Physicist for Force Sensing and Pressure Sensing to work independently on sensor systems for measuring force and pressure. You will conduct tests, optimize technologies, and collaborate closely with customers and partners in a dynamic, modern work environment.

Your responsibilities

• Independent development of sensor systems for force measurement and pressure measurement
• Conducting tests and validations as well as optimizing existing technologies
• Analysis and processing of sensor data in microcontrollers or PCs
• Creation of technical documentation and reports
• Active contribution to research and development projects in the field of force sensors and pressure sensors
• Collaboration with customers and colleagues to integrate sensors into product applications in close cooperation with external partners and suppliers

Your profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge in sensor technology, measurement technology, system modeling and manufacturing technologies,
• Programming skills are an advantage
• Experience in FEM simulation of sensor scenarios is desirable
• Responsible and communicative team player
• Quick comprehension, strong organizational skills, and analytical foresight in project management
• Enjoyment of tinkering combined with practical skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
