Job summary

Woven by Toyota in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Software Engineer to design and implement sensor calibration tools for our autonomous driving system. You will develop production-ready software and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable calibration solutions.

The role covers calibration for Camera, LiDAR, Radar and IMU, validation of calibration quality, and deployment to millions of Toyota production vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
• Understanding of autonomous driving sensors (Camera, LiDAR, Radar, IMU).
• Experience in developing testable, modular production code.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-team environment with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and delivery of sensor calibration tools, ensuring reliability and quality.
• Write high-quality code to maintain stable calibration pipelines.
• Collaborate with vehicle engineers to ensure optimal calibration quality.
• Operate in a high-velocity agile environment.
• Work in a hybrid Ann Arbor office three days per week.
