Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Sensor Assembler in Walpole, MA for a 12-month Temp assignment on the 2nd shift. You will assemble sensor modules using manual and automated processes.

Responsibilities include inspections, maintaining production and inventory records, and supporting production planning. Collaboration on continuous improvement initiatives is encouraged.

Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in manufacturing, basic computer skills, good time management and organization.

• Execute end-to-end assembly processes, including wafer singulation, inspection, and final module assembly.
• Conduct visual defect inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.

• Collaborate with team members on departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
