Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end assembly processes, including wafer singulation, inspection, and final module assembly.
• Conduct visual defect inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate manual and electronic production and inventory records.
• Assist in inventory management and support manufacturing schedule planning.
• Collaborate with team members on departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
