Job summary

Apple is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to orchestrate next-generation sensing, including Health, Optical, Touch and Force, wireless power, and haptics technologies. You will lead the full lifecycle from concept to validation, bridging engineering teams and suppliers to deliver industry-leading sensing solutions across Apple products.

Qualifications

BS in STEM and relevant experience required.
Experience shipping semiconductor, sensing technologies, or hardware systems.
Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to engineering workflows.
Willingness to travel internationally (usually once per year).

Responsibilities

Lead alignment and communications between electrical, mechanical, process, reliability, software, and firmware teams.
Define program plans, manage execution and inter-dependencies.
Deliver exec-level communications and drive decisions.
Oversee failure analysis, validation, and design release cadence.
Manage development builds with process teams, operations, and suppliers.
Resolve technical and interpersonal conflicts.
Drive process improvements and design methodology enhancements.
